Appeal Assistance

The CBA offers assistance to its members on criminal appeals. Senior CBA committee members can be contacted on a confidential basis for an initial discussion regarding appeal procedure and substantive grounds of appeal.

Junior counsel and law students who are interested in becoming involved in appeal work are also welcome to contact the CBA about becoming involved.
